For inspection, Fornax Robotics has entered an international collaboration with RepCo Nex Industrial Solutions, a robotics company under the SCG Chemicals (SCGC) group. It includes a full portfolio of industrial inspection robots spanning coil, tube, pipe, tank, aerial, and underwater applications, offering across multiple countries.

We frame client engagement around four continuous areas:

(Operation & Maintenance)

  • Technical Support
  • Service Provider
  • Maintenance Service
  • Training

(Technology Consultation)

  • Technology Search
  • Technology Comparison

(Product Development)

  • Patents Searching
  • Engineering Design

(Mass Production)

  • OEM for Products
  • Commissioning and Handover
  • Product Certification

We operate a fleet of nine purpose-built inspection robots, each suited to a specific asset type.

CiBot is world's first of its kind, developed in 2007. It is a tube-crawling robot purpose-built to inspect radiant coils inside cracking furnaces, detecting carburisation, bulging, and bowing without scaffolding or manual entry.

100% ensure no leak.

optimise turnaround schedule.

7 times shorter than manual inspection.

no human risk on working at height.

CiBot inspects for three failure indicators in radiant coil tubes: carburisation, bulging, and bowing.

Boiler is the key equipment of a power plant. Its failure is mainly caused by tube leakage, so routine thickness checks are needed.

T-Bot performs ultrasonic thickness gauging and high-resolution visual inspection on tanks, silos, spherical tanks, pipes, and stacks — eliminating the need for scaffolding on both internal and external surfaces.

Deployable for both internal thickness inspection and external thickness inspection.

Deployed across submerged zone, splash zone, and tidal zone applications, as well as base-area inspection in fully submerged zones. Performs thickness inspection (ultrasonic thickness gauge) and visual inspection (4K camera resolution).
