This is the first project for us for total refractory in Fluid Catalyst Cracker Unit (FCCU) and it was completed within time & successfully. The entire project was executed in a year.

From designing of Refractory, to supply, its installation and curing (Dryout) of Refractory in Steam Drum.

Designing of Refractory, Refractory material selection, Thermal analysis, material procurement, Refractory installation and curing. Submitted complete project report with thermal calculations. The design, thermal calculations and life of Refractory were tested for a year. The results monitored were accurate as per the calculations and design.

 

Refractory Gunning work in working furnace. The furnace was not taken into shutdown and due to production commitments we did the installation work in the working furnace without any turndown time. The project was a great success and furnace production was not stopped.
